Generating the Clinical User Ad Hoc Report

The Administration > Clinical User Ad Hoc Report page allows Registry Managers to generate a list of Clinical Portal users based on selected criteria.

To generate the report, perform the following steps:

  1. Click the Administration tab, and select Clinical User Ad Hoc Report from the displayed menu options.

  2. Use the check boxes to select the filter criteria that will be used to generate the report as follows:

    Selection Criteria for the Clinical User Ad Hoc Report
    Registrant Information Description
    Action Type

    Select from the available user action types.

    From Date/To Date

    Set the date range for the selected action type using the format mm/dd/yyyy.

    Role

    Select the appropriate user role that will be used to filter the report results.

    Status

    Select from the available user status types: Active, Pending, or Disabled.

    Admin Flag

    Select from the available job types.

    Primary Job

    Select from the available job types.

    Users can filter by more than one job type.

    Work Location

    Select from the available work locations.

    Users can filter by more than one work location.

    Secondary Job

    Select from the available job types.

    Users can filter by more than one job type.

    Job Title Keyword search Use keywords to filter from the available Job types.
    Change Status State

    The Change Status State is the State(s) selected by Advanced Users to display Registrants on the Change Status page.

    Users can filter by one state.

  3. Click the Run Report button.

    The system generates the report using your selected criteria.
